  4. Hello Amigans,

  6. Golly, is it really AFCD4? It seems like we've done at least ten by now. But
  7. what do you care? You who know nothing of the trials and, er, further trials
  8. of putting together a CD? You care for nothing, but that we should by our
  9. endeavour, bring you lots of nice things. It's just as well there's lots of
  10. excellent stuf on this CD then.
  11.    The first thing you will probably noticed is that we have reorganised a
  12. bit. Everything is now in drawers relating to sections of the magazine.
  13. Therefore, you will find games in ScreenPlay, PD in PD_Select and so on.
  14.    The second thingis that the disc is not entirely, completely full. Rather
  15. than concentrate on filling the disc, we concentrated this month on giving
  16. you the best selection of new files, demos, animations, music modules,
  17. animations and pictures we could find.
  18.    One of the things I am most pleased about is that we were able to use the
  19. excellent Alien Breed II - Tower Assault intro sequence. I know that John
  20. Allardice spent many hours slaving away over this sequence, and it shows. It
  21. was a great shame that at the time of release not as many Amiga users had
  22. CD32s or CD-drives and could not appreciate it. Now you can. Thanks John
  23. (Oh, alright, yes Scottie,thanks to team17 as well).
  24.    We have also been surprised by the volume and the quality of your
  25. submissions. There are some quite tremendous Mods, anims and pictures in our
  26. reader submission drawer. If you haven't sent annything in yet, get to it!
  27.    Also, check out the tremendous X-DVE titling/effects package, the great
  28. selection of PD games and, no, I don't see why we should do all the work -
  29. go and find out for yourselves...
